At AVIDEA, every week brings a lovingly curated programme full of variety: from yoga to circuit training, from forest meditation to floral workshops. The best part? Everything is optional.

You choose whether to start the day mindfully, give your back some attention or reconnect with nature in stillness. All activities are exclusively for our hotel guests and can be booked easily at reception or via the digital guest map.

Healthy & Active

Feel good in your body, recharge and find your rhythm – our weekly sessions are designed to support you with awareness and ease. Whether gentle or dynamic, meditative or energising – each session is there to help you move consciously and connect with yourself. When the weather is nice, many activities take place outdoors: meditations at our forest power spot, and yoga or pilates on the rooftop terrace with a panoramic view – truly special moments in the fresh air.

Creative & Connected to Nature

Sometimes it’s the simplest things that touch us most – a forest walk, the scent of wild herbs or the joy of creating something by hand. Our weekly programme includes moments to inspire and reconnect – such as the floral workshop or the beloved herb walk with Melanie, where you’ll learn more about South Tyrol’s wild plants. It’s all about pausing, breathing and enjoying nature with all your senses.

South Tyrolean Wine Moments

Once a week, we welcome a local winery to the hotel to present their finest wines. During the wine tasting, you’ll learn more about grape varieties, winemaking and passion – straight from the source. A delicious chance to discover something new in your glass.
