The AVIDEA is an adults-only hotel and welcomes guests aged 14 and over.

AVIDEA is a non-smoking hotel and does not have any indoor smoking areas. The outdoor terrace and garden areas are available for smokers.

After your reservation we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total stay. You can pay this by credit card or bank transfer, the information will be sent with the booking confirmation. In the event of cancellation within our free cancellation period, we will refund the deposit in full.

• Prices are per person and room including taxes
• Prices vary depending on category and occupancy
• If the VAT rate changes, prices will be adjusted
• If the rooms are not used according to standard occupancy, we will charge a surcharge or a flat rate
• Local tax is not included in the total price and amounts to € 3.10 per night and per guest

Our pets are welcome upon request at an extra charge of € 25 per day without food. Please understand that your four-legged friend does not have access to the swimming pool, the sauna and spa area, the sunbathing lawn and roof terrace nor the dining rooms and bar area. Should additional cleaning of the room be required, we reserve the right to charge a fee of € 100. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

In the event of a cancellation, we ask you to inform us in writing in advance.

• Cancellation up to 8 days before arrival is free of charge; your deposit will be fully refunded.
• For 7 to 4 days before departure, the fee is 50% of the total stay price
• For 3 to 2 days before departure, the fee is 80% of the total stay price
• From 2 days before the start of the trip, in the event of no-show or early departure, 100% of the stay price will be charged

Life sometimes has its own plans. In order to be prepared, we recommend that you take out cancellation protection from European Travel Insurance. This will help you avoid any inconveniences and allow you to fully enjoy the anticipation of your holiday.

The hotel bill can be paid upon departure in cash (up to the legally applicable maximum limit) or by debit or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Unfortunately, we do not accept bank checks. Since payment with EC cards is limited abroad, we recommend checking with your bank in advance.
